RESULTS - Stableford Competition at Floraville on Saturday 9 November 2024

Congratulations to Rasmus Arvidsson for his first overall win at a Londoner competition and in his first year of membership too! He prevailed against a field of 40 other golfers with 35 Stableford points, just winning on countback from Simon Clegg who won Flight A. Angkana Nilkumnerd and Richard van Hemert (both back for a visit and it was great to see them) won flights B and C with 32 and 34 points respectively.

In the latest installment of the 2024 Team Competition, Fireballs took their foot off the gas for once, laying an egg and allowing for a proper fight between the other 3 teams for supremacy. It was Dragons who woke from their slumber who took the win in the end with 233 event points, then 4 Aces with 229 points followed by Stingers with 201. All of which makes minor differences to the league table which can be found here.

The next events are the Club Championships at Khao Yai Country Club on 23 and 24 November and then the annual Christmas Dinner and review of the year at the Londoner Brew Pub on Pattanakarn Road in Bangkok on Thursday 12 December.
